Conversion of a dilapidated 1890 extra-wide brick townhouse into two high-end triplex condominium units. A complete exterior, structural and mechanical revitalization including a 2-story rear yard addition, glass penthouse addition, roof terraces, all new windows, and all new interior finishes, fixtures and decor. Multiple Community Board and Landmarks public hearings, and extensive negotiation with Landmarks were required to gain approval for the additions.
