Brooklyn Rowhouse Addition

We created an all-inclusive great room on the back of a classic brick rowhouse, for easy informal family living. Kitchen, dining, laundry, and play areas as well as a powder room on the main floor, opening out through French doors to the sunny south-facing deck and rear yard. Upstairs fits a new primary suite - bedroom, bath and dressing room - with it's own small deck for private relaxation.
