Summit House

Enlargement of a charming Cape Cod required enclosing an existing breezeway to create a large open kitchen and breakfast room, then carefully adding a primary bedroom suite to the roofline above. The goal was to provide badly needed space and amenities without radically changing the scale and curb appeal of the house. Collaboration with Nitza Shawriyeh Design and Decoration.
