West Village Modern Classic Loft

Combination of three condominium apartments over two floors, for a 10,000 square foot duplex home with 2,000 square foot roof terrace, in the heart of the West Village. Classical architectural plaster crown mouldings were chosen for each room; while custom panel, casing and base mouldings were created from scratch to compliment and contrast the modern furniture and fixtures. We collaborated with Christopher Peacock to create the commodious central kitchen and dining area required by this large family.
